Current Literature provides a year‑by‑year overview  of notable publications from the periodontal and implant sciences. Updated eight times annually, this section features curated selections from core specialty journals such as Clinical Advances in Periodontology, Clinical Implant Dentistry and Related Research, Clinical Oral Implant Research, International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants, International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, Journal of Clinical Periodontology, and Journal of Periodontology. Additional articles from other high‑quality, peer‑reviewed dental and medical journals are included when they contribute meaningfully to periodontal or implant‑related understanding.
